Windows XP support has been dropped

Hello!

We are decided to drop the Windows XP support for WiFi Manager development. WiFi Manager will no longer support the Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.

PC Info will support Windows XP until 2018.

This was not easy decision for us, but our main priority is to bring stable, the most secure and productive applications.
