Dev Manager build 8.4.6.1000 released

Hello!

We are releasing Dev Manager build 8.4.6.1000! This build contains the enhancements and bug fixes.

We improved the overall application performance. We highly recommend all users to update to this build to get the latest improvements. You can use the Advanced Live Installer (ALI), download a regular Dev Manager installer from our website or just switch to the Release channel and use the built-in update feature.
