Dev Manager build 8.3.9.1000 released

Hello!

We are releasing Dev Manager build 8.3.9.1000! This build only brings the improvements and bug fixes.

We fixed localization issue with last update check information. Also, we added icons to the settings tabs and fixed minor bugs. We recommend all users to install this Dev Manager build. You can switch to Release channel and use the built-in update feature, download a regular Dev Manager installer from our website or try out the Advanced Live Installer.
