ALI build 1.3.6.9 released

Hello!

We are releasing Advanced Live Installer build 1.3.6.9! It contains the enhancements and bug fixes.

In this build, we fixed an issue with log in the account when network is offline. We recommend all users to update to the latest ALI build on the Release channel. If you found any issue, feel free to report it to us. We are still working to port this fix to all our products and release them as soon as possible.
